Lynette Money
Personal assistant to HMA. Lynette has an extensive background in Legal Administration having worked in the field for 13 years, six of those as a Legal Executive.
Sam Farmer
MSc (Forensic and Legal Psychology, Leicester Uni), MSc (Social Policy and Social Work Studies, London School of Economics), BSc (Hons) (Psychology, University College of London)
Sam has a background in social work and psychology. Sam has worked in the sex offender area with adult and adolescents. Sam works as a trainer and materials developer.
Alan Geraghty
B.A. (Hons), Post Graduate Dip. Social Work, Post Graduate Dip. Project Management, Registered Psychiatric Nurse, C.Q.S.W.
Alan has a background in child welfare as well as youth justice. Alan has had responsibility for managing residential services for Child Youth and Family Services, New Zealand Government. Alan works as a trainer for HMA. Alan has a particular interest in project management.
Dave Green
Dave is a Gestalt trained therapist specialising in youth justice and adolescent work. Dave has a background in addictions work as well as adolescent sexual offending. Dave works as a trainer for HMA with particular focus on adolescent work.
Daryl has a background in cultural practice and acts as an adviser to HMA on matters relating to Mäori. In addition to an advisory role, Daryl also runs any cultural related modules that HMA delivers.
Suzanne is a director of HMA. Suzanne has a background in child protection work, evidential interviewing, and specialist assessments for the court. Her current interest is working with non-custodial parents in terms of strengthening parenting skills.
Ken McMaster
B.S.W., M.S.W. (Hons), CQSW, M.A.N.Z.A.S.W.
Ken is a director of HMA and has a background in social work. He is best known for his work in the family violence and sex offender field, as well in contemporary programme design and development. He is principal trainer for HMA.
Mark Tisdall M.A. (Social Science applied), TTC, CQSW, N.Z.A.T.D.
Mark has a background in social work and spent time teaching at Massey University. He is involved in research, training, and materials development.
Arthur works as a contract editor for HMA and has been involved in the publications side of the business.
Julie Pullman
Julie has worked as Services Manager at Hamilton Abuse Intervention Project (HAIP). She has overseen all HAIP Family Violence Prevention programmes for both victims and offenders
