How we do it
At HMA we take learning transfer seriously. Our experience of more traditional approaches to learning and development is that significant training waste occurs, that is, what people take away is often limited. With most organisations finding themselves operating in a much leaner environment they cannot afford the costs of learning and development that goes nowhere.
We are always looking for evidence-based approaches with proven results. Therefore we have adopted the 6D approach to working with our partners around learning and development. The return on expectation is that participants who graduate from any learning programme we design will be more competent, as well is confidence, in undertaking their various roles. This approach also operates for our intervention programmes that we also design with the outcome in mind. We want participants to walk out the door skilled to work with passion and integrity to bring out the best in the people they engage with.
When you engage with HMA we will work in partnership to guide you through the process in order to achieve the desired outcome.
