All of us know that motivation is the key to behaviour change. In this section are our favourite tools to support you in your work of building partnership, understanding the importance of empathy, and evoking as much change talk as possible while minimising sustain talk. Without a strong working alliance established with those we work with, we are often unable to maximise the amount of change possible.
